The most simple way to put something on a Tshirt is as an Iron-on transfer. The paper for printing on is not hard to find. All you need is a simple image editing program to add captions, etc. Also you need to make sure the image is mirrored before printing it. Different Tshirts have varying results, and probably different transfer paper have varying results as well. I honestly don't have a huge amount of experience in it. Cost is minimal.
