Your argument is really nothing more than the complaint of evil with the additional line about justice (which, by the way, I happen to agree with).

Ah, then you *do* understand my point. I already was sure that you (and any other theist who believes in an omnibenevolent god) would not agree with my second premise, and I choose not to re-hash the many arguments concerning the PoE here. We have a plentitude of such already.)

However, I am interested enough in your statement-

I don't really agree with the 'a loving God would not allow evil' part. In fact I hold that 'justice' is why an all loving God would allow evil. In short, justice nullifies the 'problem' of evil.

-to risk getting mired in yet another PoE thread; it's the 'justice' that I want to try to understand, in light of divine love, after all. How can you claim that divine justice nullifies the PoE?

Ok...this is cool. However, after rereading my post it seems that there are two statements I am (implictly) making...
#1-There is no POE...because of justice.
#2-Love implies justice in the context of evil.

Which topic did you want to talk about?

I quick blurb...I am saying that on a global scope truth and fairness are preserved by justice. What would be truly evil is if there was no justice for evil deeds. Evil would have no consequence. This, I'm sure you would agree would not be fair.

In this way God could not truly love mankind without leveling justice upon it.
