Bernard Shaw had an interesting idea about hell.
In hell, the sinners sit round all day discussing culture, romantic love and latest intellectual theories. they would have to go on doing it without end.
finally, out of sheer boredom some of them will go to heaven and be put to hard labour.

But I don't think xians will accept that.

Yes but Shaw didn't kow or you would not be reading him.

Hell is in the presence of God but also in the presence of sin. So now we have exposure to the divine but with the great divide that keeps us seperate. When we look up we repent and when we look down we rebel and so on, and so on. We'll get born again, and again, and add another $100 just in case, and do some more good works as we must, and we rebel, and repent and will keep going up and down like a yo-yo until we die nonetheless. That must have been hell.
