Actually it constantly changes it's size all throughout the day in relation to temperature, stress, and arousal level of it's owner.

My dad has a silly, puerile reaction every time he sees blacks on the Eurosport channel (black athletes, for instance). He says, "look at them, they haven't got down from the trees yet!"

What puzzles me is why do people ask ME if its true? Im a heterosexual male and I've probably seen maybe 6 penises (penii?) in my lifetime. Not counting porn of course.

Purely anecdotal testimony on my own experience, having directly seen or sampled various ethnic and racial diverse men:

On average, the black men I have seen or known are bigger and in some cases significantly bigger (but they were also taller on average, with larger builds.)

White and Hispanic men are about equal and the smallest I have encountered was on a Chinese guy.

I would say that most men, regardless of race, are all about average though.

which mag was it which said the average sizes for white guys was 6.5", whilst on black guys its 6.6"... well, sounds like a significant difference to me...

I had a friend in London who was of Barbasian (? - you know, from Barbados) descent. He was probably the most beautiful looking guy I have ever known, and I had the pleasure of seducing him. BUT the guy was a fucking horse!! Ouch! For days afterwards, I felt like I'd given birth. And so, we had to "just be friends". Damn shame - cos he was a luverly, luverly, beautiful man.
