Genetics shapes temperament.
Circumstances shape character. The ego organizes the whole personality. So the genes come first. Your genes determine your temperament, which in turn partially determines your worldview (and your philosophical perspective). Second the environment, with its complex phenomena. Third, you yourself. As you mature you tend to become an active factor within your environment - the reality is a mental construct, that is what we choose it to be. AVE |

I am quite convinced that there is NEVER a SOLID philosophy on life. As we are exposed to new ways of thinking and ideals we change as well. This happens continually.
I think to say "Oh, I'm 55 now, my philosophy is set" would be very wrong. |
