What are the limits to what can be said through PMs?

Just as people aren't allowed to harrass others on the open boards, they aren't allowed to use other SecWeb resources to do that either.

While there may be some arcane way to hack into PMs, I don't know of it, and basically PMs are not a concern of ours unless someone complains about them.
