ive met a few milfs over the years, and each one has a few things in common:

they are under the age of 45(ish)
they have at least 1 kid
they take good care of their health, body and so on...
they are attractive in a less sexual way, more of an experienced 'knows what she wants' kind of way
they like to teach

also, there's also a term for older women who look for younger men. we call them 'cougars', and they are basically milfs who cruise the social scence for younger men.

my friend boned his buddy's mom once, i thought that would be funny to add.
