If we "open ourselves" upon the call of others "to receive" we will be given a scoprion instead of a fish and that is why the "saved sinner" enters the mind of the now spiritually fornicated believer. The above is based on Jn.1:13 where the distinction is made between "those born of God" and "those born of carnal desire." |

Blasphemy against the holy spirit is unbelief. When you are saved by Christ, you are filled with the Holy Spirit who convicts you of sin and guides you to do things of God.
If you don't believe in Jesus to save you, the Holy Spirit can't dwell within you, in which case you can't be forgiven. You have to be a believer to be forgiven, so if you blasphemy the HS ( that is, deny Jesus and not be dwelt with the HS), you can't be forgiven. If you become a sincere believer then you can be saved. To put it simply, If you spend your entire life rejecting Jesus and God, you will never possess the Holy Spirit within you and can't be convicted of sin. Without the HS, you can't be forgiven. IOW, true Christians can't committ it, only unbelievers can. |

An interesting thought for some of you on this thread.
How can you sincerely blaspheme against the Holy Spirit when you do not believe that he exists in the first place? So how then can you be blaspheming? Do you get what I am saying - you cannot blaspheme something that you do not believe in. So, this is where you understand the seriousness of the sin - someone who knows that God exists - but turns his back on him and blasphemes against him. That person has truly rejected God - he knows God is there and that hell exists and that Jesus truly did die for him - yet he blasphemes, curses the Holy Spirit. Maybe that will bring it out a bit more. ie. You are blaspheming nothing because you believe there is no God - so if you blaspheme nothing, then you haven't blasphemed. Makes sense. - So it is my guess that none of you on this thread are doomed, because you do not believe in Jesus/God/Holy Spirit - right? |

To be "born again" is enter the race and to complete the race we must be born off a benevolent female which here is Mary. If we are born again from carnal desire we are reborn from a malevolent female and will have the serpent (Eve) as our guide. |

We've been through this before. If I suddenly acquire a belief in God and truly repent, then my previous unbelief is forgiven (just as all my other sins are forgiven). So clearly unbelief isn't an "unforgivable" sin.
BTW the definition of blasphemy as "unbelief" is quite a new one on me. |

quick question:
all the other (forgivable) sins - are they forgiven automatically or do you have to do sth like pray for forgiveness to be forgiven for forgivable sins? |
