Admittedly, I've now read many of KeysforChrist's posts in the News forum, and only one of Lawyer4God's posts - but that one line revealed more than I wanted to know.

I'm an "evil atheist" (tm), and I can speak that wickedly in favour of anyones suffering - not by a long shot.

Regarding ALCJ, I'm pretty sure that she is the person known as Libby and previously ACLuser on the ACLU discussion board. Posting is probably not a correct term for her activity. More like lying and spamming and that appears to have finally gotten the person banned from the ALCU board - and that's really hard to do as they are very tolerant of bad behavior.

Anyway, ACLJ is immune to facts and will repeat a demonsterable lie multiple times just to make it necessary to correct her multiple times.

I'm sure that there *are* fundementalists who are nice people - I don't really know you well enough to have a good idea, but you seem nice so far - but it seems that the overwhelming majority, from my experience, regardless of what they're like outside of religious discussion, are fanatical to the point of blind rage.

I made a thread awhile back about what exactly would keep me from turning into the vengeful fanatic who kills doctors, homosexuals, celebrates funerals, etc. The response was less than encouraging. It would seem that giving total trust to God renders you susceptible to picking up others' ideas about God and treating them as fact. Without a way to protect yourself, you're, to be blunt, fucked. *shrug*

You're posting just as we are. In my case, I don't. Finals week is over, and May session at my particular school doesnt start till Monday. I might have been seeing X2 or whatever the hell its called, but I already have plans to see it tomorrow.

I haven't heard that term before, but by extracting the word "gossip," I think I have found the meaning you're trying to convey. Gossip tends to occur behind closed doors. This is wide open. Noticing the amount of censorship of CF members, I'm not surprized that some of these members look for other places to vent about the various bullshit that they're dealing with.

I've only skimmed this thread, but I think that if someone put any publically identifiable information on here, they'd get, well.. a whoopin. This seems to be a slight variation of the aforementioned persecution complex.

Well, noticing how this thread is about the CF, I think it makes sense that people would be talking about the contents.

Sounds like you've been blacklisted. Join the club. With some people, a difference in opinion is enough reason to truly hate you. Add in a fear of demons and devils and you've got a recipe for DEATH AND DESTRUCTION, or something like that.
