Holy cats! I had an idea this might be a popular topic, but it's gotten bigger than I ever imagined it would. This is by far my biggest (most posts) topic to date! It's gotten so that I'm too lazy to read through absolutely all of the responses. I have looked at several times since its inception, and have found that some other points I was going to make have been amply covered by all of you.
