There is what you want and what you expect will happen. This poll is about who you think will actually get the prize.

I would like it to be Dean, but I'm sure it will be someone like Lieberman.

As much as I'm not fond of the guy, I think John "liveshot" Kerry has the inside track. He'll have enough money and party machinery to take out Dean in New Hampshire. I just shudder to think how many excuses he's going to find to be on television during a presidential campaign. He's bad enough in his senatorial runs. (one opponent once ran an ad with the "Jaws" music and a voiceover of "He's back! John Kerry's running for office, and no television camera is safe!")

If Kerrey gets it it'll be a Bonesman v. Bonesman ticket. That will get the rumor mills going. I don't know who looks better at this time though. Rove hasn't started his chainsaw yet.

God Gawd,
Lieberman is in second place. I am a Buddhist, and I guess I am supposed to believe that EVEN LIEBERMAN has the Buddha-nature, along with tapeworms and liver flukes, but I must say it is hard. The man is even more bellicose than Bush. He is Ariel Sharon's paid agent in the Senate. His one saving grace is that he could bore the socks off a giraffe. The man has so much negative charisma he makes Gephardt look like Fabbio. So he won't be elected. That may mean Bush will. ![]() ![]() |
