Which denomenations are primarily premillennialists (ie believe in the rapture) and which are largely postmillennialists?

Premillenialists:

Baptists
Adventists
Pentecostals
Church of God

Postmillenialists:

Church of Christ
Disciples of Christ
some Baptists
Roman Catholic
Methodist
Episcopal
Presbyterian

All the denominations above I classified according to how their local churches where I live believe on those issues. There is no doubt going to be overlapping in different areas and congregations.
