I would most certainly consider pro-wrestlers to be athletes. The fact that they put on a show, rather than compete in a sport, is neither here nor there. I would consider circus acrobats and trapeze artists to be athletes, too.

I would think it would be a little harder to tell with Athiests.Most religious players spout off about how god helped them hit their homerun,pass the ball,or get a lucrative advertising deal,but it probably wouldn't work for athiest,so finding out if they are one would be harder.
I'd guess that the number of athiest athletes in a country would correspond roughly with the percentage of people in the population who are athiest.Unless a large percentage of the athletes are hired from other countries. |

Sadly, I have to agree. He seems to be past his prime, but wow, all his fights are a joy to watch (even those where he was pummeled senseless). |
