I think saddam would succumb to a mere bullet, or a sharp blow to the head, though i wouldn't bet on the "coalition" actually hitting him. It won't reduce civilian casualties, but it would eliminate unexpected civilian casualties, which i'm sure will be a boost for the PR people after having to deal with the whole silly genocide thing.

Rummy needs to ride shotgun. And Cheney can target the bomb by using a laser pointer at ground level.

Another good idea, instead of having a fullscale war, why don't Bush and Saddam just duel?
