I have given and received.
The guy I'm with was my first for both and I was surprised by how much it could add to his experience. Never had mess or odor or anything probably because choose umm.."cleaner" times. His favorite (though I could not even whisper the words to him because he gets embarassed) is anal tongue. Does that count? Just a year ago I would have yukked the concept entirely. Ewwww gross! Ahhh the power of true love!! When he "gives" to me, it usually makes me queasy for a few hours after which he says he'll never do it again! until the next time... lasts maybe 2 months. For regular sex, I'm sure he's glad he has a girlfriend with such long arms.
