Default Tears of Emotion

As strange as this sounds, I really think crying is one of the best means of release there are (punching a wall and screaming are other methods too ). When was the last time any of you cried regardless of the reason?

crying sometimes makes me feel better, but what makes me feel the most relieved is running. whenever i get extremely sad or depressed, the best thing for me to do is tire myself out and then sleep soundly. sometimes i can cry myself tired, but most of the time, running does the trick. when i cry, i end up going over the same thoughts and i'm depressed because i can't do anything about anything and i'm stuck somewhere. when i run, at least i have a simple goal: move my ass from here to three miles from here and back.

I forgot another means of release: jerking off.

One thing I don't understand is why is crying so often associated with weakness or femininity. It's not good to keep those feelings pent-up in you for so long.

I very rarely cry when I'm feeling down now, I find it hard to let it go and actually shed those tears. All cried out I think, I've shed far too many tears of sadness in my life. It was a few weeks ago I last cried because I was upset.

Crying with laughter is something I find much easier to do funnily enough. What a strange person I am!!

What I hate is being crying mad. I think it really undermines my position, because I'm usually mad at a person (not events) when it happens... suddenly I'm bawling, and they don't realize it's because they're two seconds from the Fist of Death. Shit, being a girl sucks sometimes. (on the other hand, if I ever chose to use the Fist of Death, maybe their defenses would be down... "she won't hit me, she's crying like a baby...")

I'm exactly the same. I hate it when I'm so angry that it makes me cry. It also means that I'll then lose the argument because I'm too busy explaining that I'm not upset, dammit, I'm angry!

I used to do that when I was a kid and my dad would piss me off. In fact, the old man was the only person in the world who could do that to me.

When I get angry at something or someone these days, I get murderous look mad. I stew, ruminate, brood, and glare. It's cute. Real cute.

I have been bursting into tears a lot in the past few months due to my broken brain. It helps one get to sleep sometimes.

Lately though, the well seems to have dried up. Thar ain't nuthin left folks and I'm feeling rather numb. Ah well, such is life.

Personally, I haven't shed any "streaming" tears since 2000 and that was because this dickhead kept picking on me. I was so weak.
