Default Chick? I thought they were misogynists . . .

I was handed a chick pamphlet at an art festival just two weeks ago - I didn't know they still made 'em!

I just dropped it on the ground when the person wouldn't take it back. She stared at me in horror.

O how I laughed the rest of the day over that.

OMF[censered]G...He DOES look like Jason Miller....

When I first saw The Exorcist, I went with some friends from school at a midnight showing. I laughed most of the way through it.

A couple of the women in the group were a little upset.

All of those things are covered in the Book of Jasher, or maybe in the Book of the Wars of the Lord.

As for laughter, that came up in The Name of the Rose, if I recall correctly. One of the characters said that the Bible never said that Jesus had laughed, and therefore He hadn't, and therefore we shouldn't, either. Think of all the things that the theocrats could forbid on that ground -- like, say, going to the bathroom.

I've read a lot of Chick tracts in my life. My best friend's dad used to give them to me every time I went to their house.
But this one has to be the most... the most "something".
It's either a nadir or an apex for Chick depending on how one looks at it I guess.
