I thought vomiting on a church doorstep was bad. Not that anyone wanted to take a picture of that unfortunately. Still haven't been smitten, though.

Or maybe the problem is that I was sick, not evil. There is a difference, right?

Either it's photoshopped, or someone is in dire need of dialysis. Or they are taking certainly unhelathy amounts of vitamins, as another poster pointed out.
