I was wondering what ever happened to the bitch who was seen on CCTV beating the shit out of her kid in a SUV.It happened a couple of months ago.
That brought back a bad memory for me. My incident was more prolonged and carried on when I got home.

The incident happened in a town a few miles from where I live. Madelyn Toogood is still going through court on this charge. Her daughter was put in a foster home for a while but now stays with her grandmother who lives nearby. Madelyn Toogood is also facing several other charges. The publicity surrounding the beating incident had her picture splashed everywhere and led to her identification as the culprit in several incidences of theft from businesses. Her sister was an accomplice in some of the thefts and also faces charges.

Several other states have also identified her as a suspect in some crimes in their areas. In summary, she got into a lot more trouble than she bargained for when she decided to beat on her daughter. She'll be caught up in the court system for a long time.

The little girl is doing fine, according to the reports, and apparently suffered no serious physical injuries during the assault. This countered what all the experts were predicting during the time that her whereabouts were unknown. In fact, for a while, there were suspicions that she had substituted a relative's child for her own daughter when she was first arrested but it turns out that she didn't.

Sorry it's taken this long to reply.If you're still interested this is what happened. It might not be as bad as that.
My dad had gone to work and left my brother and me in the car outside the hospital.We got bored senseless so started playing with stuff. One of us switched the ceiling light (?) on in the car. My dad came back. The light was still on and in fun we each blamed the other. Neither admitted to it so my dad started hitting us. Remeber this is outside the hospital where he worked. First he one of us then walked round the car and hit the other. It semmed to go on forever. I remember a woman walked by.I wonder what she thought. He eventually stopped and drove us home. I think ha started again when we got there, there are so many incidents they merge sometimes.
