Default MSNBC fires Donahue :(

Damn, there goes my favorite news show. I'm pretty conservative, and disagree with Phil on 8 out of 10 things, I'd guess. But he sure could put on a good show and moderated well enough to give all the talking heads and audience members time to speak their mind. I was surprised his ratings were so low. With the exception of C-Span, I guess news networks are still interested more in quantity than quality. Perhaps, Phil can start a new talk show with C-Span. Since ratings are so important, I wouldn't be surprised if Michael Jackson were to replace Donahue on MSNBC

That's too bad. I wonder if Phil would be interested in the proposed Liberal Radio network that I've read of recently.

Maybe that's going to be Michael Savage's role.

Geez, but the news is a great wasteland of stupidity nowadays.

Default I guess we have no one to blame but ourselves...

I was positively giddy when I heard that he was coming back...I welcomed the lone liberal among the other "I-still-blame-everything-on-Clinton" conservative talk show hosts. But after the 1st week, I probably only caught one show every week or so.

Easy come, easy go...Bill Maher will have to do, I guess...

I have hear somewhere that he actually had one of the highest ratings on MSNBC in primetime and that maybe the decision was political. Someone care to confirm or deny this?

Sadly MSNBC has hired that yowling ignorant jackass known as Michael Savage. The timing indicates they want to replace Donahue with this yammering fuckwit.

Ah well. Apparently my estimate that 96% of Americans are drooling morons was too low, if they go for Savage's brand of vitriolic, ingorance filled hate.
