Default What the hell is going on?

Why is Dubya's lie about Iraq compared to Clintons lie about a blowjob? This is unacceptable and a very bad comparison.
Clinton's lie didn't kill humans to gain control of a resource in another country.
Clinton's lie wasn't used to further a political and ideological agenda. Unless you consider a blowjob ideological.
Clinton's lie didnt cost us almost 4 billion dollars a month for a possible 2+ years.
Clinton's lie was laughed at by the watercooler in offices across the globe. Most laughed at Clinton's lie and the investigation that followed.

We can't laugh away The Bush administrations lie.
We can't laugh at how this administration doctored evidence to support it's claim's of immenint danger.
We can't laugh at the way this administration strongarmed a few of our allies overseas to gain...what? oil? power?
We can't laugh at the way the media has handled this president in regards to the lies and deceit that were dished out on a daily basis.
We can't laugh at the way this president and his advisors successfully manipulated a large portion of the populace in regards to 9/11 and claims of Iraq's involvement.
We can't laugh when 150,000+ American soldiers are in a country dying and searching for a man that had absolutely nothing to do with the attack on our country on September 11th.
We can't laugh when one American would fight another because of a protest against this administration and it's corporate oil buddies.
We can't laugh when our elected representatives will not stand up to Dubya and his cronies and bring about the Constitutional justice that we the people deserve.

Or, perhaps we can laugh. After all, isn't that what a true, patriotic American would do?

After listening to a local Rush wanna be http://www.kmj580.com/djs/billmanders.shtml here in Fresno this evening, there really is no comparison in their minds because Bush hasn't lied. The callers that were able to spit out a complete sentence were in complete agreement. What Clinton did was morally repugnant and Bush is making our country safe for democracy.

I was able to listen for only 10 minutes or so. 2 options left as I see it, move to another country or smoke dope and drop acid until reality no longer bites.

Of coure Bush is an awful president. Of course lying is bad. But what Clinton did was note just merely lying about a blowjob. There were several allegations of sexual harrasment against him, and that is a serious issue, and I don't understand how poeple so supportive of woman's rights defend a man who lies so as to not have to go to court when allegations of sexual assault come against him.

And? People can allege anything these days and have their 15 minutes.

Stick to the topic.
