God needs money-

The Christian retail trade group CBA, which tracks the merchandising of Christian books, music, clothing, gifts and other products, says such sales total $4 billion a year, up from $1 billion in 1980.
Wouldn't making a profit on Christian items be in violation of their rules? Didn't Jesus have a fit about this at some point in the bible?

Yes, but that's one of those unimportant parts everyone ignores.

Also, these people don't read the Bible very closely -- it's full of violence and it even has some sex in it.
Saying there is some sex in the bible is a bit of an understatement.

Problems arise when fellowship turns to discrimination, he says.

Technically correct, just like saying the sun puts out some heat.

Nobody molesting their children? Have they excluded the clergy then?

It must be a tough burden to be so much more moral and responsible than the rest of the barbarians. Luckily there's a reward in heaven for having to have been on Earth when you were so much better than everyone else, and no one would listen to you.

It's probably not fair, but everyime I drive by this Christian chiropractor's office (HUGE jesus fish emblem on the sign) I imagine some sort of harry potter boiling cauldron with potions being mixed to ward off the evil demon spirits.

I'm sure it's just me, I doubt that's what's going on in there.

Probably me just persecuting the christians again.
