As happens with frightening regularity, Ohio is getting its ass kicked up one cheek and down the other. Let's see, we've got Jimmy Higgins, Ohio_Infidel, sakrilege, Zetek, GaryP and that Maturin lunatic. There has to be more of us than that.

Downingtown, Pennsylvania here. A little east of Amish-land (Lancaster) and right next door to West Chester, home of one of those Ten Commandments lawsuits.

Default Texans

Solsticin, I be's one o' dem native-born Houston Homies. I get accused of being a yankee and/or commie regularly. Down here they're the same thing, pretty much.

I have never owned: A gun, a pickup, a pair of cowboy boots, a western shirt, a John Stetson hat, a John Deere tractor, any livestock bigger than a dog, a gooseneck trailer, a large power boat, any article of clothing made from a Texas flag, a shirt with fringe on it, spurs, a tooled leather belt with my name on it, a lowrider Chevy, a do-rag, a country music CD, a huntin' dawg, a Confederate flag sticker, a trailer house, ZZ Top albums, a stuffed deer head or other hunting trophy, glow-in-the-dark picture of Jeebus or Mary, a gun rack.

I have never gone to a: Pro football game, Pro basketball game, Pro baseball game since 1970 when it was in the Astrodome, monster truck rally, wrestling, boxing, cockfighting, Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, Houston Livestock Show, gun show, NRA meeting, white supremacist rally, drag racing, NASCAR racing, Branson Missouri, Las Vegas, Mardi Gras, New Orleans, Europe or any furrin countries except Mexico and the Bahamas.

I really, really want to do some serious world traveling some day.

I know I sound like a serious wetblanket, and under a rock besides, but only by shit kicker standards.....

That's 11!

I wonder which state has the most posts originating from it? (CA excluded)

Well, I'm from Texas.

From Texas, off the top of my head, there's also pug846, TollHouse, Opera Nut, Solsticin, LianaLi, Tricia, and until recently QueenofSwords (honorary (but perhaps reluctant) Texan). I'm sure there's several more I'm forgetting.

And yes, I'm one of those city Texans actually born in Texas. There's more of us than you think.

Well, looks like I'm in Arizona as well. So that makes what now, one infidel per every million residents of this state. And one of them is overseas. Beautiful mountains though.
