If we're talking about raw magical prowess, then I would say Granny Weatherwax. Ok, so the others can conjure stuff, but Granny would just stare at the created thing until it winked right back out of existence from sheer embarrassment.

But if we're talking about raw sexual attraction, gimme Genie.

I'm ashamed to admit that I still watch Sabrina....but then, I'm a student, I watch daytime TV.

At least Sabrina is better than voluntarily watching (*gasp*) Gaelic children's programmes!

Willow Rosenberg barely edges Samantha Stevens in my eyes. In fact, I personally think Willow should inherit BtVS if they decide to continue it. And let's face it, the Wicked Witch of the West was only as tough as the next pail of water (and Glinda would kick her ass in a heartbeat anyway). But the toughest witch this side of Dark Willow has to be Endora.

I don't even pay attention to the Charmed set.

BTW, as an aside. I have named my dogs after television witches, starting with Samantha, then Tabitha, and now Sabrina (we also had a Sasha, but that was my late wife's choice of name).

And you KNOW, hopefully a good number of years from now, what I will name my next dog.
