How many Iraqi Evildoers does it take to change a lightbulb?

Just one cause the rest are all too busy hiding their WMD from the blind,naive UN inspectors. They have just 48 hours to change to GE long lasting light bulbs where a 60 watt bulb burns as bright as a 75 watt bulb and then get out of town for good.

There's a new sherriff in town to change your Iraqi lightbulbs and free the Iraqi people from a murderous thug who uses lightbulbs of a higher wattage than required, and his name's "Junior" [shudder].
