Since its 90 years old, and I have a thing for historical crap, I'd say no reason to have it removed. Let it stand as a purty looking relic of history.
If a group wanted to put up a giant cross on public property *today*, I'd oppose it.

Also, waste of time and effort. Why not work on getting "In God We Trust" off of our currency?
