Humility may be the ability to place others above oneself. Also the ability to set aside one's ego. To accept correction and guidances. It is a challenge no matter what. Our ego tells us to reaffirm ourselves instead of seeking to grow. Humility is a constant growth as we realize that our persona will always fluctuate with the circumstances of life.
In terms of religion, humility ought to be the realization that noone detains the absolute truth. And to act accordingly. |
