Who are targeting the Iraqi communication network, radar sites, and other military targets. Neither Bush nor any military members would admit to "Targeting innocent civilians for murder" and if innocent civilians are killed, they will say it's collateral damage.

Sorry admice, I know what you're getting at and I agree to a point, but these two pieces of information are unrelated.
