I watched it on tape this afternoon. It was interesting up to the point where the narrator’s voice finally lulled me to sleep.
Nothing earthshattering, it did go into the whole Peter Vs Paul Vs James on what Christians were supposed to be, or do or what laws to follow. The Jews vs. Gentiles business. |

Disappointing, manipulative music, white wash, avoided Biblical contradictions, avoided questions (like how did Paul become a Roman citizen? What did he do with the money?). The video clips of Paul on a donkey were pretty ridiculous. Scholarly testimony was sprinkled here and there to lend credibility to this dreck but the scholars were underutilized and made a party to what turned out to be pretty shallow stuff.

I fell asleep in the midst of it. Sorry, I can't offer up a decent synopsis.

I watched the first hour until my wife convinced me there was a better show in the bedroom....
Kinda dissapointing (the Peter/Paul show, that is). |
