Well, I'll tell you, ShabbyChick. The odds of a sockpuppeted, habitually antagonistic, chronic rule-breaker ever being made a moderator on this board are so close to zero you'd have to use scientific notation to see any integers.

Beyond that, should a previously restrained mod/admin go mental and start using a sock to play fast and loose with the rules and generally piss people off, I'll wager he/she would get the axe within a day of discovery. I don't know that there is a formal procedure in place to deal with such an unlikely contingency, however.

Oh certainly! Can't have the Mark of the Beast cluttering up the website.

BTW, did the powers that be over there ever answer the question whether linking to topic here at IIDB is still against the rules as Gunny was doing?

I saw links to II today. If it's a source reference, I don't think it's a problem.. such as any other link.

There are some pretty good sources here.

I occasionally post there, not often, as that snake pit of a message board will send me spiraling down into the lowest depths of unbridled anger.

I'm Ms.Babylon there. I wanted to be the "Whore of Babylon", but thought that was too obvious.

The new rules posted state it is against the rules, but I have no idea wether or not the situation with Gunny was addressed.
