I wasn't aware that the UN was ever irrelevent. Just because Bush says it is doesn't make it true.

It's relevancy has nothing to do with what happens in Iraq. It's irrelevant for some things that many people (usually on the left) want to give it credit for, and its relevant for a number of things that many other people (usually on the right) don't want to give it credit for.

It's much more complex that whether it is simply irrelevant or not.
