The records list the status of the charge as <a href="http://singlesourceservice.securedata.net/INTERIORpages/terms/Legal%20Terms/nolle%20prosequi.htm" target="_blank">Nolle Prosequi</a>. The previous link is what I found via google.
The charges can be reinstated if the prosecutors so descide. |

I would guess that the witnesess started contradicting themselves, and/or Hovind came to an arrangement about the rent.
