There is no link, except us.
This is information of a universal nature that we bring through by the cognitive/objective thought process, our intuitive connection with the universal mind. Dear emphryio.

Yes, it was designed to bring an entity, that wasn't seeded by the Gift Of Design, that was in fact ''farmed'' by ''beings'', through an evolutionary process of learning, to become a being.
This particular 3D world was the only 3D world where this occured. The mix, was supposed to create a new hybrid being, but did not suceed. The ability to be able to do this, is no different to cloning on this world. The ability to create ''life'', from sctatch, is available to the more advanced dimensional entities, it is not just the perogitive of The Gift Of Design.
Obviously though, the ability to maintain this ''life'', at least on a 3D world is part of the greater picture, not yet available to us.
