I have a real problem in my life with old people (over 45), my father cant withstand me for 2min. and 37 seconds Withstand you? You physically assault your own father? (neither I).Whip your own ass? They suffer from brain calcifications with a lot of false fixed believes. If any body here in this category, dont share in my posts please, we will never agree. What you have is an inability to communicate. Even after your ignorant pissie ant reply to I've welcomed you to this board (which is intended for adult). Directed you to a site to gain software and recognized an area in you could display your talents. I return to find that you engaged in a childish tit for tat with a learned member of this board. Young man, have you even employed what has been offered you? Martin Buber |

to gurdur ,
I've actually studied a bit of brain pathology at uni. There is no evidence for your claim, and much against it. have you ever heard of senile calcification? and try not to undrerstand me literallly, i meant by brain calcifications they tend to get used to their routine and it is not easy for them any more to change! clear now. by the way,i studied a lot about brain pathology, i am a doctor!!!!! passed USMLE (united states medical license exam)with step 1 96 and step2 95! even with my weak English!!!!!!!and i am doing my residency in Surgery now until i get a residency in America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the problem with old people is that they know that time is runing against them and soon or later they have to leave for us but they don't want to give up easily and some of them try to ridicule the younger generation and even destroy them, but time is on our side!! to Martin and Gurdur, i really have a great problem in communication with people older than me and i stoped trying to apease them after many unsuccesful attempts and this includes my parents. with all due respect to both of you,i am not interested in discussions like these any more and if you see something you don't like just ignore it and consider me a foolish young guy, fair enough? but i cannot keep silent for no more time. you got to be kidding me right? for all your depth you surely err grossly in this point. i got news for you, time is not on your side. it only 'seems' it is so. you are but a passenger in time, and time witnesses your passing, ( and the decades pass in the blink of an eye ) and see your comming and going like a mildly interested onlooker. it would seem you exaggerate your import. you do not have any control over time, or your place in it, your life could terminate at any instant. what you think is the here and now is as nothing when stacked up against the endless timelessness of eternity. a place to seek, is timelessness, where the young and the old are as one. and you could learn much from the old as you could from the infants if you had but eyes to see and ears to hear. Dear friend Zanthor,
I appreciate your comment and I agree with you. I was speaking relatively when I said time is on my side cause I know that one day I will be the oppressor but I think I will act in a smart way with my oppressed. I was referring to the gap between generations, which no body can deny its existence. If you take my words literally- as it was the case in this thread- there will be huge misunderstanding between us but with taking my words in abstract way, like when I said if you are older than 45 please dont post here, we will never agree, I was trying to mention this generation gap in an indirect way or when I wrote about brain calcifications I was referring to the tendency of older generations to be stiff in their ideas. If I wrote this thread in Arabic,it would take 15 minutes to do it but it took hours from me to wrote it in English and after all those posts no one actually discussed its content except very few comments from Palestinechic19 and Martin Buber accused me of plagiarizing it and others concentrate on the spelling ! the thread was derailed and ruined and I think I blamed Martin in a descent way without any personal insult. This thread has a link to the Palestinian/Israeli thread where things went bad, I started posting over there but stopped when they started their FBI investigations but I was following it and found that some justifying any thing for Israel in a very strange way specially the killing of this PALESTINIAN BABY! And I started to act in the same way that they are doing but in the opposite direction, every thing Palestinian is right while every thing Israeli wrong to urge them to come to their senses and things went bad!!! I think every body already know the Israeli side of the story cause it is allover the pace in America but also our side has to be heard. You wrote; i cannot keep silent for no more time. there is a book called silence no more by Paul Vindley, former member of the congress about the Israeli influence in America !!!!!!! (I read it in Arabic and descent comments about the spelling will be appreciated) I am kidding. Read this written by Amal Donkol (Egyptian atheist poet died in 1981 while he was 41 !!!!!!!) from his work Coming Testament chapter 3 I said: Let reason be on earth With its measured voice I said: Do birds build nests in a snake's mouth? Do worms live in fiery flames? Does the owl paint its eye-lashes black with Kohl? Is salt strewn when wheat is intended In the run of time's wheel? I saw the son of Adam go mad: Uprooting tall trees Spitting in wells Spilling oil on the river's face Living in a house while storing a deadly bomb Under the sill Giving shelter to scorpions in the warmth of his ribs Bequeathing to his descendants His faith His name His shirt of strife Reason become an exiled beggar Stoned by brats Arrested by border guards His patriotic identity invalidated by governments His name listed among those who hate their homeland I said: Let reason be on earth But it was not Reason fell apart in a spiral of exile and prison Until it went mad And God saw this was not good.......end of quote You noticed this part; Bequeathing to his descendants His faith His name His shirt of strife This is always what the older generations do!!!!! (i am kidding) Best regards, Omar |

Can we dispense with the rationalizing? I apologized to you, did you comprehend that post? Have you checked out the links I've supplied you with (including Adobe)? Where's your link to what ever you've posted about Shia, Sunni. I seldom have the time to venture past this thread. (I'm guilty of compulsive behavior.) Let's get the show on the road or we might as well say "it's all over now baby blue"* Martin * Bob Dylan :banghead: |

Dear Martin Buber,
First, I will put some documents with links related to this thread even so I didnt get my information from them but they support my point of view in this thread and I put one before about the war in Yemen and I hope you noticed it. About the Shia and Suna thread I didnt put any links and no body asked for them over there cause It was easy going discussion and I Have a Muslim Back ground and when I speak about Islam I speak with first hand experience and if you noticed my last post there I told Hinduwoman why you are stalking me? And for sure I was kidding her and the thread died in peace without any troubles and I think I mentioned something about the origin of Shism in Iran and I told them I am not sure about the date that I mentioned and I am not good in Iran history. I tell you this to know that the discussion was light without going into tiny details. I will write you back later. http://www.nmhschool.org/tthornton/takfir_wa.htm In Egypt in 1977, members of the Islamist separatist group Takfir wa'l-Hijra ("Condemnation and Migration"), also known as the "Society of Muslims," attacked night clubs in Cairo during a more general series of food riots that had broken out. A few months after this, Takfir kidnapped a moderate Islamic preacher, Sheikh Muhammad al-Dhahabi, and subsequently murdered him. The group's leader, Shukry Mustafa and four hundred other members were arrested. Mustafa was tried for the crime, found guilty, and executed. Takfir wa'l-Hijra named itself and modeled its behavior after the Prophet Muhammad who, in 622, renounced the corrupt society of Mecca and made his hijra (migration) away from that city to live in Medina. Shukry, a trained agronomist, along with his small band of followers set up their society-in-exile in the desert outside Asyut where they grew crops and created a self-sufficient community. Shukry's philosophy was based on a radical interpretation of Sayyid Qutb's call for Muslims to "withdraw" from corrupt secular societies, as explicated in Qutb's book, Milestones http://www.cairotimes.com/content/is...s/badri10.html [Sorry, removed for copyright reasons] Best regards, Holocaust denier(formerly, Omar) |

That being said -I almost suspect that if it wasn't for oil, the ME countries would be involved in constant states of war with each other. Having the US around to blame for everybodies unhappiness really seems to be a convenient tool for the Govts. to keep the focus off them and their own affairs. |

Kahil Gibran, and how else could it be? but anyways, my apologies, i did take you literally. but plz, do not be so quick to dismiss those over 45 as being inflexible, or intolerant, some of us share your pain, albeit, only in thought, from a distance, as we wreak our havoc and control over the Arab nations as we steal thier oil and protect our greed. i do respect you, plz continue to try convey your insights, be patient with us. all that seems old is not always so, some that is old has no bindings by time, they see its illusion, and have allready left it, the bindings control, far behind. i judge you not, for i am influenced but not controlled by my surroundings, how could i judge you?, i see clearly, we are the real terroists, many of us know this allready. in peace. Zanthor. ps, the poem was strong, spoke truly of injustice and its effects. thankyou Zan |

wow this thread was certainly went down hill, with the arguing I could not tell if there was any actual discussion on the post or not anymore! it is true that here in Amerika, there is A LOT more representation of Israeli viewpoint, and Palestinian are very under represented. but just like this, that discussion is gone astray too.
