Too bad this rat's back stabbing doesn't get out to the general public. The twenty billion mentioned in that first paragraph didn't go to home land security he slashed the shit out of the budget. This anemic Innoculation protection is the most he's come up with this far. The article I tried to post is about 5 pages in length. So I guess since 50% of United States population doesn't read above 10th grade levels public will remain vulnerable to propganda as ever.
