No better or worse that ususal, and thx for caring off course. The thing with this thread is to give the impression that I have something dramatic to say. I admit it's a joke, but one that wouldn't have worked had I actually posted it in the humor section.

But people here can still share their tong-tripping experiences here, so others with simmilar experiences can see how they're in good company, laugh about it etc.

Any words you ever tripped on?

Chrysanthemum. For some reason I always try to pronounce it "chrysanthenemum"

Talking

Hey I-Lover, how's things?

Hmmm... words to trip on....

Try saying "milk" about 50 times. After a while you will feel as though you have peanut butter on the roof of your mouth.

Try it with "splits" and you will feel that you may begin to drool

(or maybe it's just me.... )

Thumbs up

Words that I use almost on a daily basis are burglariously and telephony device...dumb ass words when said aloud if you ask me.

Also try saying 'in the exhibits and notes section' a couple of times...I always end up with 'exhibicks and notes section'...anyone else?

it might just be me.

PS Good to see you around IL...it's been awhile.

Hopefully you are trying to say it the American way instead of that stupid Brit way with the extra syllable!

American= Al-ooh-min-um

Wacky Brit= Al-ooh-min-ee-um

See? I think the English are a silly people

Ronin...I have to say telephony a lot too...it's a dumb word and I end up saying tele-fone-ee half the time.

And I am very careful with words ending is sks like desks and asks. Nothing sounds more ghetto and uneducated than saying "so he ax me..."
