What do they do over at AIG, spend all day eating lead-based paint chips? How do they get humans this stupid?
I can only presume that these people have never read any non-creationist texts on the subject of evolution AND are too stupid to understand the multitudes of explanations they surely recieve.

Lobotomies for AIG members; it's not just a bad idea, it's the law.

That Mark 2004 model must be pretty robust. Mine just melted to slag before it could report any form of overload.

Last seen fast approaching the earth's core. If found, please return to owner. Thank you.

Do you have a URL to this policy?

Hmm, I can't find any pages detailing AiG's copyright policy. However, according to Socrates they have an open policy.

Is it easier to get the age of book in a library by looking when it says it was printed or taking a sample from the book and subjecting it to uniformitarian dating? An eyewitness account of the Bible is still the best, and most scientific method for arriving at age. Please see:
JM: This is the best. My bible says "Placed here by the Gideons, 1999". The universe is 4 years old. Please forgive me Holiday Inn for taking this home with me.

Don't underestimate them.

They're not that stupid, they just hope you might be.

They're lying and they know it, but since it's for Jeezus, it's all right.

Once you accept these premises the actions of AIG become clearer.

The way to defeat them is to fight for good science education for everyone, thus to equip our kids with bullshit detectors capable to catching the AIG lies.

When debating a YEC, it can be helpful to remember that you'll never, ever change their mind. Nor are you likely to ever get them to admit to a contradiction, strawman or outright lie. You can, however, make their position pitifully clear to any lurkers or passers-by. They're the ones we want to reach anyway.

It took me couple of years to realise this. Indeed, now I've made the creationists position really clear to everyone. And everyone agrees that creationists' position is a silly one.
