You were offended by my saying friggin tough? I mean, genuinely?

PS I don't respect your culture or your rules. I folllow them purely on a utility basis. It's clear if I had a thousand years to explain my cultural perspective you'd never catch on, because you don't want to. You will read the worst into everything I post and ignore any remarks that have merit. You will post things like "I haven't noticed merit in any of your remarks" or some predictable cut-rate insult like that.
I'm starting to suspect that what you really want is to fight with someone in a position of authority. Really, I'm just a moderator on some internet bulletin board, asking you to follow the rules that you at least gave virtual lip service to when you signed up. Frankly, I don't give a stone cold fuck whether you follow the rules out of respect or out of utilitarianism, so long as you do. If you really need to fight the power this badly, go and punch a parking inspector.

But more than all this, why play this insult exchange? I'm going to end up getting the better of you, and you'll reach for your moderator club as an equalizer and threaten me with the "rules" and what have you, so what's the point? If you want to punish me per board guidelines, do it, but spare me the pedestrian explanations and justifications. That shit is for your world, not mine. Just do what you have to do, there's nothing more you can post to inform me any better, I've fleshed out your message board personality already, thank you. T'wern't hard, she wasn't complicated.
Yeah, I can see you've really got me pegged. Tell me, do you think there's even a tiny chance that you're desperately shoehorning me into your exaggerated caricature of an authority figure just because its my job to enforce a few barely significant guidelines, and not actually getting to know me at all? Nah.

In any case, you've found yourself on a board where you agree to a few rules in order to post. You must have come across one or two such places in the past. All we need is your agreement to follow those rules, be it out of respect or just because it benefits you, no-one cares. Yay or nay?
