As some of you make know Operation Artichoke was a CIA operation in the 1950s that experimented with chemical weapons and the use mind control drugs, most famously LSD.

I was watching a program on WorldLink last night in which they interviewed people on the matter, including a brother of a member of the CIA who was involved, a member of the CIA who was involved, and a son of the member of the CIA who was involved.

Basically it went like this:

After WWII the CIA recruited top Nazi scientists, including war criminals, into the CIA and chemical /bio weapons programs. These included people who had performed experiments on people in concentration camps.

There people helped head up the CIA weapons research and mind control programs.

The main focus of these programs from the start was against Communists, and common enemy among Nazis and the CIA (IMO the CIA is a Nazi organization).

Anyway, they went on into details on some issues.

One man was looking into the details of his brother's death. He said that his became very disturbed as a member of the CIA and began talking to him, but would not give details. His brother participated in the Operation Artichoke experiments that included the use of torture using chemicals and drugs to get people to talk. He said that his brother told him he had watched several people die in very bizarre ways from the use of the torture.

They went t on into the LSD experiments in which they discussed how men in the military were told they would participate in an experiment and they were given things like guns and told to beak the gun down and reassemble it repeatedly as fast as possible. They were then given LSD, but not told what it was or what it would do. Keep in mind that at the time these were strong doses as well. That went on and some men were permanently brain damaged due to it.

Then they progressed to using it as a truth drug. They would administer it to people and then get them to talk and divulge secrets.

They went on and became in the field tests on unsuspecting people. They would get prostitutes to put the LSD into the drinks of the Johns and then when it took effect the CIA would come in and start grilling the people, getting them to tell them about themselves.

Then, this guy's brother went to West Germany, where he and other "ex"-Nazi scientists and members of the CIA would capture communists and administer the LSD and other drugs to them and torture them, often resulting in death. If you know anything about LSD, I have used it several times myself, you can image the nature of this on people who were unfamiliar with what was going on. Virtually everyone involved was mentally destroyed.

They apparently would allow the hallucinogenic effects to start taking action w/o the person knowing what was going on and then begin screwing with their head, telling them that had satanic powers and were ripping out their organs, etc, crazy stuff, and of course on LSD that stuff is no joke.

They also apparently had ways to make people forget everything that had happened, in some cases as well.

So, the guy's brother comes back from Germany and he was breaking down and he told his brother this stuff and said that he was going to leave the CIA, because what they were doing was unspeakably horrible. So then later the CIA takes this guy and does the mind control stuff on him, and gives him the treatment. They guy is knocked out and later comes too and realized what has happened, and begins to really freak out. Shortly after the guy is found dead, apparently having jumped out a 7th, I believe, story window.

Well, a call was made from the room shortly after the guy apparently jumped out, so they suspect foul play. The guy recently had his brothers body dug up and an autopsy done, and it shows that he was killed before hitting the ground, so of course they assume he was killed by the CIA.

They also talked about some biological experiments they did releasing virulent bio agents in the wild over populated areas that may have resulted in people becoming ill and dying in America.

If the private investigation being conducted at the behest of the Olson family produces new information on the case, it should be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities.
