Default Morality and The Law

IN a distant forum I am posting a series of postings on morality. I've been making about one post each week for the past four months.

The most recent post concerns morality and the law. It concerns such things as what counts as a good law, is there an obligation to obey the law, and should the law prohibit things on the grounds that it is offensive.

Each part is written with the hope that it would be understandable on its own, though reading it in the context of the other post would be a help.

I would appreciate it if the wise and knowledgable people in this forum may consider it worth their while to read Part XVII and provide me with whatever feedback they deem appropriate.

Thank you.
