Except that it would be fun to watch different atrocity deniers and defenders argue with each other.

All three sides would argue:

"We never committed any mass murders or other big atrocities."
"Those so-called victims were eeeeevil and deserved to be exterminated."

While considering the others' atrocities to be absolute evil.

Yes, our resident Stalinist makes exactly the sort of arguments outlined above. He argues that Stalin never ordered any starvation-into-submission campaigns or blood purges, while claiming that all of Stalin's victims were evil enemies of the Soviet people who deserved their fate.

Let's consider only one example.

The Moscow Trials were as hokey as professional wrestling -- many early Bolsheviks confessed to being involved in a "Trotskyite-Zinovievite terrorist plot" to kill Stalin and other Party leaders and other such misdeeds, with absolutely NO other evidence offered to indicate their guilt. No documents, no transcripts of conversations, no informers telling on them, nothing.

And the prosecutor, a certain Andrei Vyshinsky, made Clinton inquisitor Ken Starr look like a rank amateur.
