I like UK garage. It took me a long time to get into it, but at least I don't revile it like I used to. I'm not heavily into music or anything, but I can appreciate their songs. So Solid Crew (when they're not shooting each other) are pretty good. The "rewind" and "selecta" bits are street lingo, but they've been heavily marginalised because of Ali G. Nor do I think they were all that prominent to begin with, just that Craig David and the Artful Dodger managed to score a massive hit that broke garage into the mainstream (IOTW, those people who think of garage as "rewind" and "bo selecta" probably don't really know much about garage music) What was your point?
