I sleep naked. It was sort of a gradual evolution towatrds nudity - from pajamas to pajama bottoms to boxers to nothing as I grew up.

in the summer & spring just underwear, in the winter & fall I add a sweatshirt.

most of the time, birthday suit plus socks (my feet get cold first).
If it's really cold(by texas standards), socks, long johns, and t-shirt. If I have a heavy period, grown-up Pampers and a t-shirt. (More information than you needed ; D ) |
