I'd very much like to talk in real time to some like-minded people. How does that happen? I have never met another atheist and I'm jonesing for a chat!

Go over to Miscellaneous Discussions and organize an Infidel get together in your area (If you are near Atlanta, you're more than welcome to attend our next gathering). There are several threads going around now which you could use as a model. I have met some really fine people at past gatherings, and I'm looking forward to our next outing.
