Pain is a sensation...some people simply like to experience all kinds of sensations during sex...it adds spice or a charge or a surprise. I personally hate being bitten in any way shape of form, but I have friends who love it during sex. For me, a slap on the ass or timely hair pull just adds some...I don't know taboo/naughty/controlled danger excitement to the whole experience.

Normally her clit wears out before my tongue. The only time I can recall stopping not on her signal was once when I was simply too aroused to not stick it in her. (Given the size difference between us 69 is out of the question.)
