I would feel slightly uncomfortable, but not offended in any way, and if it was a friend, it wouldn't destroy our friendship (although I can be pretty sure that with the playful bashing me and my friends use upon one another there would be some "stay away from my ass! " jokes).

I wouldn't be bothered at all by being hit on by another guy. I mean, I should first say that I am straight as an arrow (rather phallic statement isn't it?). But, if a guy were to hit on me I think I'd be flattered. In my experience gay men are some of the neater, more handsome, well dressed, well mannered and in shape people around. If someone wanted to think of me as having those qualities it wouldn't upset me at all.

Except for the effeminate ones. (ERK!) There's this one gay guy at my school who is a) militantly gay, b) A FUCKTARD, and c) always wears Abercrombie and is always comparing the apparent price of someone's wardrobe to his own. Like being expensively dressed makes him any less of a moron.

I dunno, in my (limited) experience, gays tend to fall into the extremes. Either they're really cool, or they're assholes. :banghead: Maybe I'm just harder on them.

I'll have to second this. And unfortunately, way too many of the latter.

Offtopic, I was a waiter at what one could only call an 'upscale' restaurant, where most of the waiters were rather gay.

Most of them were cool, a few assholes, and a couple of very homophobic individuals as well. I had more fun 'flirting' with a couple of the gay guys when the homophobes were around! Talk about cheap entertainment, even though they all knew I was straight.
