Cowards all, through and through. I only found two moderators that I really liked, and one of them was Australian. She was always very decent to me.

As for those who ridiculed, slandered and mocked me before banning me when I ripped your arguments to pieces and exposted your ignorance and hypocrisy: RSSSSSSSSSRPPPPPSSSSSSSPSPPPPPPSSPPPPPP!!!!

Now please excuse me, while I go lose my faith.

As Annabel pointed out, we never know where you stand. You flip sides so quickly.

However, I owe you an apology for accusing you of plotting to have this thread closed.

As far as CF moderators go, the only one I respect is Angel, the rest I've had some civil conversations with... but the things they've said to others (as revealed in this thread) doesn't reflect what they claim to be a part of. (Christianity).

Now, If I may... I'll have some fun with your previous posts.

Annabel... you are one of the few true Christians I've had the pleasure to meet.

That said, it sounds like he was the kind of troll that pretended to support a position he doesn't belive in, and thought it was funny when people take him seriously.

Okay...I have a theory, at least in regards to the bad treatment towards the more liberal Christians on CF.

When I first joined almost 1 1/2 years ago, anti-Catholic crap was very accepted on CF. A bunch of the Catholics got together and kicked all the "Jack Chick Wannabes" asses.
It took a while but we did managed to get it down to a minimum, at least.
(Not counting the occasional attacks from Rapture Ready)

Close minded bigots need victims. It's the nature of the beast.
What better victim than the liberal. You aren't attacking a denomination so your chances of getting away with it are much better.
Of course the Catholic moderators are just as guilty of this behavior. Unfortunately my theory doesn't cover this.

I also found Angel very easy to get along with. And Ben Johnson (though somewhat fundified) at least made an effort. He frustrated me immensely, but he was always courteous.

Blessed-one was my favourite mod. She's an anime fan. Gotta love it.

A couple of points:

1. samiam is a newbie - actually a newbie who found the site through my blog. He doesn't know what's up, and I think it speaks well of him that he assumed the staff were fair.

2. Several of the Catholic mods have been pretty good about standing up for us liberals.

But I do buy Annabel's observation that Christians need bogeymen. A friend of mine, a gay guy who has taken holy orders, believes that, if there weren't gays, we'd have to find something else, and that God is always careful to provide us with outcasts to test our compassion against...
