Why Helen, surely you are not suggesting that I have to actually read previous messages before I post some non-responsive gratuitous witticism, are you?

I admit that I don't always read a whole thread before I post on it so, I guess I'm not, no

Ah, I see. I was afraid that there was something included in the original question that I wasn't understanding.

Just my paranoia working overtime, I suppose .

You have some imaginary certainty? Impressive.

I'm 100% sure that if Christianity IS true, I don't want any part of worshipping its deity.

Any god whose best method of salvation only has a 30% success rate (at best) and is highly dependent on your geographic location and level of gullibilty is morally bankrupt.

To those who believe Christianity is not true - are you 100% sure?

Hi Helen,

I don’t know what it means to be 100% or 99% sure of something. Do you mean that 100 out of 100 times something that is called a Christian miracle is a fake or a fraud? Do you mean that 99% of all supernatural events in the NT can be explained by natural means? Do you intend by your statement to say that 999 out of 1000 Christians have little or no knowledge about the history or content of their own religion? Any rational statement regarding the surety of the “truth” of Christianity would have to be based on fact. What facts are we talking about?

Call it 99.99999999999999999999999% sure.
Add 9s at your leisure, I don't intend to stretch the screen.

Christianity could be true, and all the evidence agaisnt it is manufactured by the devil...but that chance is infintessimally small. I would never be 100% sure, of course, because that rules out the tiny chance of the devil loophole argument.

I'm not 100% sure of anything. Christianity ranks up there in the things I am most sure about, however.

I approach, but do not actually achieve, one hundred percent certainty that Christianity is not true. Anyone who considers all versions of Christianity to be logically impossible (100% sure Christianity is not true) is slightly deluded.
