Default Happy Darwin Day!

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On the morning of Wednesday 12 February 2003 at approximately 10am Queensland (Australia) time, a single engine aircraft will take-off from Murwillumbah airstrip towing a banner. As the aircraft gathers height and speed the banner will unfurl to reveal the message: HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARWIN - EVOLUTION RULES
The Gold Coast celebration has been organised by the Darwinists Down Under, the group members are from the ranks of the Gold Coast Skeptics and the Humanist Society of Queensland.

I didn't even know we had a skeptics organization, let alone one that actually does stuff ike this.

Happy Darwin Day, don't forget to evolve! well, you can't really evolve by yourself, so just have lots of sex.

That's weird, I just had a big exam on evolution and genetics today... maybe my anthropology prof was celebrating early?
