River, can you clarify this in terms of anatomy? I have to agree that this is inaccurate but perhaps if you specify which parts you are referring to and what specific location you are talking about we can get a better picture.

Right. And between the coccyx and the floating ribs would be somewhere on or in your back or perhaps in the crack of your ass. Unless your penis is higher up your body, in which case it could be as far ventral as either of the sides of your body. There is no 'between the floating ribs and the coccyx' that includes the midline of the ventral aspect of the body, i.e. the place where the penis is found on non-deformed male humans.

Regardless, your Koranic verse sure sounds like it is describing the kidneys as the source of semen rather than the testicles -- an easy mistake to make if you are living in a pre-scientific society and tracing the urinary tract rather than the reproductive one.

That site offers no justification for their explanation. They, like you, seem to just assume that the Koran is flawless and contort reality to fit within this view. Given the arbitrary way in which they choose to interpret 'between the back and ribs', you could just as easily say that man's brain or his feet reside there as well. Just connect the back and ribs by drawing your line over the head or under the feet as needed. Voila, the entire body is between the back and ribs.
